You begin our stylist program by working as a stylist assistant. You'll study the Charles Ifergan techniques of hair cutting and styling, and even get to practice and perfect what you've learned every week on our live models. Most of your training will take place at our Oak Street salon, off Chicago's famous Magnificent Mile. You'll earn a weekly compensation in addition to tips from our clients.

Throughout your training, you'll be evaluated on your technical and communication skills, attendance and appearance. The length of your program is based on your personal progress.

After graduation, the real fun begins. We help you build your own clientele while you work alongside our staff members. It's an experience you can't find anywhere else.
