You begin our colorist program by working as a color assistant. You'll study the Charles Ifergan approach to hair color, and even practice and perfect what you've learned every week on our live models. Most of your training will take place at our Oak Street location, off Chicago's famous Magnificent Mile. You'll earn a weekly compensation in addition to tips from our clients.

Throughout your training, you'll be evaluated on your technical and communication skills, attendance and appearance. The length of your program is based on your personal progress.

After graduation, the real fun begins. We help you build your own clientele while you work alongside our staff members. It's an experience you can't find anywhere else.
